Greetings, 

My name is Pete Scott and I have been a public school teacher since 2010. I graduated from Wayne State University in 2010 and hold secondary (grades 6-12) certifications in both English and Social Studies. Additionally I have obtained a Masters degree in literacy. In addition to teaching at Tawas I also serve as an adjunct English professor at Alpena Community College where I am blessed to teach the majority of our dual enrolled Tawas Students. I can often be found at school throughout the year teaching summer school, tutoring, and coaching varsity football. My wife and I live on Loon Lake in Hale with our boxer dog Deja and are expecting our first child this November. We love to hike, boat, and read. I look forward to a great year.
